If you don't see any scrolling images here, then you don't have ActiveX controls enabled in your web browser.
TO ENABLE ACTIVEX CONTROLS:
If you're using Internet Explorer, then click on 'Tools', 'Internet Options', click on the 'Security' tag, click on 'Custom Level' then under the section 'ActiveX controls and Plug-ins' make sure you enable 'Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins'. You may need to close the browser and re-open for the new settings to take effect.
